Strengthen your Immune System, the Holistic Way

Fall is around the corner with cooler nights, windier days, and shorter daylight hours. It is a season of change from warm summers to cold winters. During this time our body too is changing as it tries hard to adjust to the changing atmosphere. That is why, according to Ayurveda, Fall is a time when our bodies become vulnerable with weakened immunity, making us more susceptible to disease and discomfort.

The good news is that with the right knowledge and simple practices, we can strengthen our body-mind complex by boosting our immune system in a holistic way. That means food, Mind, lifestyle, therapeutic breath yoga, and even music have a profound impact on our health.

The HEALTHY BODY, HEALTHY MIND day retreat is now open for registration where we will learn tools and techniques on how to build our immune system with five experts in their fields.

Registration: $60 per person. Includes vegetarian lunch and refreshments. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please note that in the registration process.
